The Administrator cannot provide financial advice. If you require advice you should contact and independent Financial Adviser (IFA). You can find a list of IFAs who are registered with the Financial Conduct Authority on the Financial Services Register website. Make sure you choose one that is authorised to provide advice on pensions.
